(a) We reserve the right to remove the site from the Internet at any time, for any reason.
(b) All orders will be delivered within 28 days, although the usually turn around is 14 working days.
(c) Delivery on all orders within the UK is free. For orders outside of the UK a charge will be made to cover postage and insurance costs. We will inform the customer of this charge before any order is placed.
(d) Copyright on all images, design and graphics contained in the site is under strict copyright protection. Law prohibits all reproductions.
(e) The customer has the right to return any goods bought through "jdspilling.co.uk" within 14 days of receiving the goods.
(f) "jdspilling.co.uk" does not accept responsibility for accidental damage or abuse of its goods once in full possession of customer (As soon as goods are signed for and accepted upon delivery).
(g) On returning goods the postage fee will be the customers' responsibility.
(h) All refunds would be made within 30 days of the goods being returned.
(i) We will correct any mistakes in bills, payments or receipts within 30 days.
(j) No credit card details should be e-mailed or placed on the site, payment only through mail order by cheque or by postal order.
(k) "jdspilling.co.uk" takes no responsibility for mis-use of our site.
(l) "jdspilling.co.uk" reserves the right to change, alter or amend any of the prices or products or images available on this site at any time and without any due notice
